1. Return Window
We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day return policy. Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product. No cash or store credit will be issued.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for unused products in original packaging, subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or logo-branded products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, Leonardi will replace it at no extra cost.
